Deleting attachments from records

You can delete attachments from records if the information is no longer valid or not needed.

About this task

To delete a file attachment from a record:

Procedure

  1. While viewing a record, click Modify on the record form toolbar. The record opens in edit mode.
  2. Click the Attachments tab.
  3. Click the file name associated with the file attachment from the list and click Remove.
  4. Click Save on the record form toolbar. The file attachment is not actually removed until you click Save.
