Importing a report into the workspace

You can import a report into the workspace from the personal folder of another user or from another schema repository.

Before you begin

To import a report into the Public Queries folder, you must have the Public Folder Administrator or the Super User privilege.

About this task

To import a report into the Rational® ClearQuest® workspace:

Procedure

Right-click the folder in which to import the report and click Import Query.
Display the list of available reports to import. In the Files of type list of the Import Query window, click Report Files.
Select the report to import and click Open.

Results

The report is saved to the folder that you selected.
