You can view folder permissions in the Public
Queries workspace, and if you have the appropriate privilege,
you can change and assign permissions to Rational®
ClearQuest® groups.
In the Personal Queries workspace, you can view,
change, and assign folder permissions to Rational
ClearQuest groups.
Permissions allow finer control over who can modify the folder contents.
About this task
To view and change existing folder permissions and to assign
new folder permissions:
Procedure
- In the workspace, right-click a folder

which you want to change or assign permission, click the associated
cell in the Permission column, and select a
permission from the list.
An asterisk (*) appears in
the first column of the grid, indicating that you have not saved your
changes yet.

changes will affect the folder permissions, Apply to
save the changes, or Revert to cancel the changes.
