Editing fields in a result set

You can change the display of the result set after running the query by editing the fields in the Display editor. For the changes to take effect, you must run the query again.

To edit the result-set display fields:

Procedure

Click the Display editor tab in the Query window.
Modify the fields:
- To move a field from the Fields pane to the Display Fields grid, double-click it or drag it to the grid.
- To remove a single field in the Display Fields grid, select it by clicking the cell at the beginning of the row, right-click, and select Delete.
- To remove all the fields in the Display Fields grid at once, select a row, right-click, and select Clear Grid.
- To move a field up or down the list in the Display Fields grid, select the field and drag-and-drop it to the desired location.
