You must have the SQL Editor privilege. You must also have a solid knowledge of SQL and your underlying Rational ClearQuest database before editing the SQL properties of a query. After you modify the SQL properties, you can no longer edit the query from the Rational ClearQuest user interface. - Printing and exporting result sets
