About user and group privileges

Some Rational® ClearQuest® features are available only if you have the required user or user group privileges.

For example, you must have the SQL Editor privilege to edit the SQL properties of a query; you must have the Public Folder Administrator privilege to modify the Public Folders; and you must have the Dynamic List Administrator privilege to edit dynamic lists.
