Logging on to Rational ClearQuest Web

This topic explains how to log on to Rational® ClearQuest® Web.

About this task

To log on to Rational ClearQuest Web:

Procedure

  1. Enter the following URL in a Web browser window:

    http://CQWebServerHost/cqweb

    where CQWebServerHost is the Web address of your Rational ClearQuest Web server host, which you can obtain from your administrator.

  2. In the Connect to Rational ClearQuest dialog box, enter your Rational ClearQuest Web client user ID and password in the User ID and Password fields, respectively.
  3. Select a schema repository from the Repository list. If you have more than one database subscription, you are prompted to select a database from the Database list.

    If your user session times out, you can re-authenticate and then continue where you left off. The user interface state is preserved.
