Editing the user profile

You can modify your name (not your login ID), e-mail address, phone number, and login password.

About this task

Notes:
  • You can only modify the user profile at the replica where it is mastered. If it is not mastered, the user profile information is read-only.
  • You will not be able to see the User Profile icon, User Profile icon, on the toolbar in restricted mode even if you are a Super User.

To edit your user profile:

Procedure

  1. On the Rational® ClearQuest® Web banner, click the User Profile icon, User Profile icon, next to the user ID.
  2. On the User Profile dialog, edit any of the following fields: Full Name, Email, Phone, and Password.
  3. Click OK.

What to do next

If your site is LDAP enabled, your Administrator must change your e-mail address. Check with your Administrator for more information.
