Editing dynamic lists

You add a dynamic list in the Rational® ClearQuest® Web client Designer and then define the values of that list in the Rational ClearQuest client.

Before you begin

You must have the schema designer, dynamic list administrator, or super user privilege to edit a dynamic list (see User privileges). To add a dynamic list, see Creating dynamic choice lists

Procedure

To edit a dynamic list:

In the Rational ClearQuest client, click Edit > Named Lists and select the list to edit.
In the Edit Named List window, add, remove, or insert a value.
- To add a value to the list, right-click in the list box, click Add, type the name of the value, and press Enter.
- To remove a value from the list, right-click the value and click Remove.
- To insert a value into the list, right-click a value and click Insert. A new line is inserted above the existing value. Type the name of the value and press Enter.
Click OK.
