Deleting action hooks

After you delete a hook, you cannot restore the changes you made to the hook unless they are stored in a previous version of your schema.

Procedure

To delete an action hook:

  1. Start the Designer.
  2. In the Schema Repository Explorer view, expand the Record Types or Record Types - Stateless folder in your schema and then double-click on a record type. The record type editor opens.
  3. Click the Actions tab to view the Record Actions grid.
  4. In the Record Actions grid, right-click on the action hook you want to delete and click None. For access-control hooks, you must select either ALL USERS or USER GROUPS.
  5. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
