Starting and stopping the EmailRelay application
The cqemailrealay.pl script starts and
stops the EmailRelay application.
The Rational® ClearQuest® EmailRelay application is installed in the same WebSphere® profile of your Rational ClearQuest Web. After you configure and customize the cqemailrealay_cfg.xml file, you must start the EmailRelay to begin sending email.

Tip: Changes that you make to the EmailRelay configuration do not take effect until you
restart the Websphere profile in which your Rational
ClearQuest Web server is installed.
