Displaying the Actions grid

The Actions grid displays all defined actions in a schema and enables you to add, delete, and rename actions and to modify properties of an action. You can also set the access control and other policies for each action in the Actions grid.

About this task

To display the Actions grid:

Procedure

  1. Start the Designer.
  2. In the Workspace, expand the Record Types folder or the Record Types - Stateless folder, and then expand the appropriate record type.
  3. For state-based record types, expand States and Actions, and double-click Actions.
