Setting up remote access on UNIX and Linux hosts
After Rational®
ClearQuest® is
installed on a network host, set up other UNIX system
and Linux hosts with compatible architectures so
they can run Rational
ClearQuest remotely
from the network host.

Procedure
- Export the installation directory on the network host. Verify that the exported directory on the network host is accessible to all remote UNIX system and Linux hosts that will run Rational ClearQuest.
- Log in to the network resource, source the setup file from the remote UNIX system or Linux host, and start Rational ClearQuest
