Web client licensing

To make Rational® ClearQuest® Web available for use, your license administrator must install floating licenses on a DevOps License Server.

The Web server (Rational ClearQuest Web Application server or DevOps CM Server) requests a license key from the DevOps License Server for each Web client. You do not have to install a license key on your machine to use the Web client.
