IsWindows
Description
Returns True if Rational® ClearQuest® is running on a Windows machine and False otherwise.
Note: This
method became available in version 2002.05.00. This method is only
available for Perl. It is not available in the COM API.

- The Session object that represents the current database-access session.
- Return value
- A Boolean, True or False.
