GetUserLoginName
Description
Returns the name that was used to log in for this session.
Once created, you cannot change the login name of a user account. You must instead create a new user with the new account name. You can do this from Rational® ClearQuest® Designer, or if you have access to the schema repository, you can use the AdminSession object to create a new User object.

- A String containing the login name (such as "jjones") of the user who is logged in for this session.
