Effect of mastership on user administration

It is important that the administrator know where a user is currently mastered.

Mastership affects the user administration in the following ways:

• You can change the mastership of a user if you have super user privileges.
• You can modify the privileges only the users and groups that are currently mastered at the replica where you are logged in. You cannot change the privileges of a user who is currently mastered at another site.
